I am quite deaf and wear a hearing aid, even so I have problems. When I use the booster signal on the Clarity telephone, all words are loud and very clear-even from Australia. I have no problem understanding any caller. The ringing device has proved its value many times because I can hear it from anywhere in the house. The ten programmed system is very useful.

I am so pleased with the [Walker] phone. We have another phone in the bedroom, and I answer and tell people I must go to the kitchen so I can hear. My "Walker" is in the kitchen. Love that Walker. Guess I need one in the bedroom also!

About a year ago, I bought the Walker 1000 telephone in K-Mart in Toms Ridge, NJ. My wife (who has since died) and I put the phone aside. Now that I am using the phone-it turns out to be one of the best purchases I ever made. The phone is excellent. Writing from a hospital bed in the Sunrise Assisted Living Quarters, I had to let you know how please I am when using the phone.

Thank you for your wonderful phone that makes my hearing disability less of a problem.

The phone that I received from the telephone company was a Walker. They supply them free if a doctor verifies your problem. We all pay a few cents a month to provide them for handicapped people such as me.

What a blessing! I had to run the length of my house to get it, however and I lost some calls because of it.

I found one at Kmart in Marina, CA. I snapped it up as if it were solid gold. All I need now is a longer cord.

[The Walker phone] was a godsend to me and I would gladly recommend the W1000 to anyone.

What a "blessing" the Walker telephone has been to the life of my wife Elsie. She wears two hearing aids and even with them has not been able to hear on the phone. We have tried speakerphones and others with no result. I met the owner of the local RadioShack [and] I told him of the problem and he said, "Try the Walker. They have a loud ring and a boost button for better hearing." We bought one and tried it and now we have three Walker phones. [We have] one next to Elsie's side of our bed, one in the kitchen and the third one next to her chair in the living room, where she sits to watch TV. Walker phones have allowed Elsie to once again keep in touch with family and friends.
